Direct Bookings

Submitting a booking request through this website does not guarantee a reservation. All direct booking requests are considered enquiries and are subject to availability.

 

A booking will be confirmed only after I have reviewed your request, confirmed my availability, and contacted you directly. Before the first booking, I will arrange a meet-and-greet to get to know you and your cat(s), discuss their routine and care requirements, and ensure that I can provide the best possible service.

Payment

Payment for direct bookings can be made by bank transfer (IBAN) or cash, unless otherwise agreed.

 

Payment details will be provided once your booking has been confirmed.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please let me know as soon as possible.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the circumstances.​

Limitation of Liability

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented, I cannot guarantee that all content is complete, current, or free from errors.
